The consumer will read your article and if they like what they read, they will click on to your landing page and then on to the vendors page for the sale. While this is a free method, it does take a little time for the article directories to view and approve your article to make sure that they are unique and within their guidelines.
Now if you want to start making money right away, you could use the pay-per-click method. Sign-up for Google Adwords and create an advertisement to your landing page. This does cost money, but if you have set up your landing page correctly, consumers will click through to the sales page and complete the sale. Your advertisements will begin showing up in the right hand column of the search results and the consumer will click it for instant access to your landing page or vendors’ sales page. This is the best way to start making money today.
I would suggest the free method for new affiliates until they get proficient with online marketing. Any money that you make using free article marketing can be used to create higher sales volume on a pay-per-click campaign.
